How do I get care at First Presbyterian?

“I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you gave me clothing, I was sick and you took care of me, I was in prison and you visited me.” - Matthew 25: 35-36

There are some times in life when we are the ones who offer care to others, and there are times when we are the ones who need to receive care.  In his first letter to the Corinthians, the apostle Paul compares the church to the body of Christ, remarking that, just as on the body, no part is greater than the other, but all parts must honor and assist one another, so it is with the church:  all members are equally important, and must be cared for as such.  In an effort to live out this scriptural witness faithfully, First Presbyterian Church offers a variety of ways to receive the congregation’s care.
